Class Description
Vinyasa 1
The perfect class for students who want to move more mindfully. This does not mean the class is easy! Vinyasa 1 flows at a natural breath pace, providing plenty of time to find your perfect home within each posture—great for beginners and experienced students wishing to experience the full expression of the sequence.
A yoga block is recommended (blocks are available to borrow at the studio).
Open to all levels. Practiced in a moderately warm room.
Vinyasa 2
This class moves at a slightly faster pace and begins to push the edges of the vinyasa flow practice. Expect a strongly paced warm-up with fewer alignment cues, guidance into advanced/acrobatic postures, and exciting transitions. We'll also dive deeper into the more subtle practices of yoga, including a variety of pranayama and meditation techniques.
Ideal for those grounded in the basics and ready to learn more—as always, our teachers offer modifications for every yogi.
Prior experience suggested. Practiced at 90 degrees.
Weighted Flow
A masterclass in modern fitness, merging the mindful alignment and flexibility of yoga with the metabolic fire and muscle-building power of strength training. This class combines the mindfulness and core stability of yoga with light dumbbells to spike your heart rate, build lean muscle, and burn serious calories—all while ending in a deeply restorative savasana.
The ultimate efficient, full-body workout.
All levels welcome!
Mindful Vinyasa
A special version of Vinyasa 1, designed to tap into the mind-body connection and accentuate the more meditative aspects of the practice. This class focuses on proper alignment while moving at a slower pace, with less time spent in down dog or on hands and knees.
With plenty of modification options, Mindful Vinyasa suits all bodies and levels.
A yoga block is recommended (blocks are available to borrow at the studio).
Open to all levels. Practiced in a moderately warm room.
Yin
Slow down and sit quietly. This restorative-leaning Yin practice uses every prop in the house to gently open the body and calm the mind, with a little wiggle room for gentle movement that strengthens and nourishes your connective tissues. Breath work calms the nervous system, and meditation softens the mind, leaving you rested, restored, and renewed.
A little goes a long way—time spent listening to and honoring your body yields self-awareness you can carry with you everywhere you go.
Open to all levels. Please have 1–2 yoga blocks, a bolster, a blanket, and a mat available (props can also be purchased at the studio).
Somatics
This is a gentle, floor-based somatic yoga practice inspired by the SATYA method of Tias Little. Through sliding, gliding movements on the floor, breathwork, and meditation, this practice cultivates deep awareness, releases tension, and restores natural movement patterns—undoing the habits and constrictions that limit energy flow in your body.
A fabulous practice for anyone suffering from persistent pain or anxiety, offering new levels of freedom and ease that spill into everyday life.
Open to all levels. We practice with a blanket on top of your sticky mat to slide and glide easily; we'll provide a mat and blanket, or bring your own.
Practiced at a comfortable room temperature. You may wish to wear socks or layers, since we spend the entire class on the floor!
Asana Lab
Do you like a challenge? Do you want to learn the skills necessary to hold inversions and arm balances, or float to the front of your mat? Then this fun, dynamic workshop-style class is right up your alley. Each week, we'll focus on drills to help you build the strength and flexibility necessary for challenging asanas.
A great way to build your practice, one skill at a time.
Restorative
Slow down, unpack the stress of the week, and give your nervous system the deep rest it deserves. Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice designed to cultivate conscious relaxation and deep physical release.
In this class, you will hold gentle poses for extended periods (typically 3 to 7 minutes), fully supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. By completely removing muscular effort, your body is invited to release deep-seated tension, quiet the mind, and shift out of "fight-or-flight" into a state of true healing and recovery.
What to Expect: Zero Impact / Low Intensity: No standing postures, active flows, or sweat.
Deep Prop Support: Every posture is tailored to support your joints and spine effortlessly.
Nervous System Down-Regulation: Guided breathwork and quiet stillness to soothe anxiety and improve sleep quality.
Who It's For:
Perfect for all levels—from complete beginners and stress-weary minds to athletes looking for active recovery. No prior yoga experience required.
